The spray painting process is a critical step in the manufacturing industry that requires attention to detail and precision. To ensure high-quality results, our process involves several steps, including hanging the parts, spraying primer or first layer coating, baking finish, spraying second layer coating, baking finish, and drying at three different temperatures.

Our workers in charge of hanging the parts follow a strict protocol to check for dust, oil, and other contaminants that may affect the painting process. They remove any imperfections before the painting begins.

We have two workers stationed at Station 1 to paint one side of the part while another two workers at Station 2 paint the other side. A third worker then checks for any missed spots and applies any necessary touch-ups.

Our baking room and No. 1 to No. 3 drying machines ensure the paint is properly cured and dried.
